My favorite part of this picture is that the Medium Nanny continues on with the smiling even though there is a serious problem happening on the other side of Santa's lap.
I'm smiling, I'm turning in my list and I'm getting my presents...
oh, her, over there, I don't know her.
On a side note: I've heard that Santa won't force you're kid to sit on his lap anymore...what's that about? Is this true? If I'm paying $10 bucks for a picture, you'll hold my kid and you'll like it. Do you see the hold that Santa's got on the Lil'Nanny. Those were the days. Now you're all laughing because I think Santa pictures still cost $10. Aren't you?

Yes, $15 for a 4 x 6.
Love the picture!
I LOVE IT!!!!!
And Santa looks so happy too! Little Nanny looks like she's being tortured in a Christmas spirit kind of way, of course.
Santa told me last year that my child needed to "trust" him and I should not just put my unsure baby on his lap. As if a 1 year old trusts anyone but mommy and daddy. Needless to say I am looking for a new Santa since the that one totally made me mad.
Checkers
Grant totally freaked out about Santa one year (they've all run together now and I can't pinpoint which of his 4 3/4 years it was) and they sat him in a chair NEXT to Santa and digitally enhanced it so it appeared he was in the lap. It was a bit freaky but I did it anyway.
I have had those experiences, but I ended up in the picture. You are a stubborn woman! You could have held her. I have no blog to share this on, so I have to share here that the boys visit to Santa was so sweet that they got marbles. When Santa gives lots of compliments and asks if he can get his own copy of the piciture of the boys hugging him, that deserves marbles!
Love,
Tracey
