A Visit with Sanjaya

On the day I was to pick Misty and Josiah up from the airport, Brianna accidently said, "When is Sanjaya going to be here?" I'm not sure why? They both have J's and American Idol had just recently ended. Here are a few thoughts from Josiah...

Swimming is fun and necessary,

lots of water is needed and I have plenty of people to give it to me,

my crazy cousin feels that playing dress up with me is fun,

and the best part of all...Little Debbie Snacks are served often.

Seventeen

Andrea turned the big seventeen on June 6th. She had a girl's lunch out with her friends at Applebee's Restaurant. She received a gift that is now sitting in our driveway. I don't really care for any of the birthdays that end in "teen". I also don't care for senior pics and caps/gowns.

What we did on our summer vacation...

I know, I know...I'm a lazy blogger. If I've heard it once, I've heard it 6 times. (6 would be the number of readers that I could possibly have) I really prefer to read blogs more than I like to write on my own.

I will start with Memorial Day. We went to Center Hill Lake. We tubed and swam with a few snakes. I thought snakes were land creatures and I learned this summer that snakes like to swim:) This would be what I "learned" on my summer vacation. Brianna enjoyed the slide...and we all really know that I enjoyed it even more. To be continued...
